Rules for PVE
TERMS OF JOINING ARE AS FOLLOWS:

-1: First and foremost this is a pve only server. Dueling is allowed in a consensual only basis. If a person refuses an invite for dueling, it will be respected. ANY NON CONSENSUAL PVP WILL RESULT IN A WARNING FOR FIRST OFFENSE FOLLOWED BY A BAN ON THE SECOND OFFENSE NO EXCEPTIONS
-2: People are to be respected and treated as equals. Hate speech, sexual harassment, bigotry of any kind will not be tolerated and result in banning.
-3: Real world politics are not to be discussed in any public chat.
-4: Any player reports will need to be backed up with screenshots or screen recordings. If there is no proof of this, it will not be investigated. False accusations will result in banning.
-5: $8 server subscription will not be refunded after 5 days. If there are any issues before, you may request a refund, and one will be refunded. If you are banned for breaking any of our guidelines, a refund will not be issued.
-6: The Administration team are humans, we cannot be on 24/7, so patience will be needed. We are also working with the known issues present in this game. As soon as we are aware of issues, and can pass knowledge on, we will.
BUILDING RULES:

-1: In Hagga Basin no blocking paths unless you build a tunnel for passage, and no blocking resources.
-2: In Deep Desert, no blocking resources, if there is a resource and you want to build by it that is ok but DO NOT COVER/BLOCK.
-3: YOU CAN BUILD ON CAPTURE POINT ISLANDS BUT NO BLOCKING THE POINT ENTIRELY

DEEP DESERT RULES:
-1. see rules in building rule section and terms section.
-2. SHARE THE SPICE. Crawlers are not entitled to a large spice field; however if you come across a large spice field try and be patient while it does its thing, if done right the crawler can get in and out relatively quick. If a crawler comes onto a field where people are compacting, they are not allowed to kick out people. It is up to the crawler to either wait until everyone is done compacting or take the risk and go down to crawl with compactors. One solution we have found in this scenario to be beneficial to everyone is the crawler offer to fill up the compactors inventories with spice. It is up to the crawler to offer that. Don't expect it. Remember, this is a PVE server, and there is more than enough spice for everyone. If you are a player who wants to compact a field that has a crawler on it, make sure to reset worm aggro. You can do this by shooting 5 times and flying up for a few seconds, land, pick up your spice, shoot, repeat.
-3. NO CHEST LOGGING. We can see if someone is camping chests in the logs. You are allowed to farm a station or ship as many times as you want, but no logging out right next to the chest and waiting for the respawn timer. First offense is a warning, second offense is a ban.
DUELING RULES:
-1. ground combat only, no rockets, or lasguns. DUELS ARE 1 VS 1 ONLY. no zergs. (unless agreed upon by both parties)
-2. Both parties must agree to the duel before engaging in combat
-3. Duels are until down only, NO KILLING. This is to mitigate durability and item loss, if you kill a player by accident you must return their items that they lost.
-4. Duels are not required and completely optional, no one is required to PvP.
-5.In the case where there is a group of people looking to capture a control point and find one person camping it, to issue a duel it will be 1v1 (unless agreed upon by both parties), so choose your best fighter. if the fighter from the group loses, the group leaves. Let's show some honor out there.

CAPTURE POINT RULES:

-1. Camping is fine, but only under the duel rule. If you want to camp a control point you must defend it, if someone shows up and wants to capture the point they must challenge you to a duel. If you are AFK/stilltent camping and/or non-responsive a player can report that to an admin who will then give them the greenlight to attack and clear the point. If an AFK emergency arises, leave the control point. If you lose the duel as the defender you must forfeit the control point. If you camp a point and don’t accept a duel you must forfeit the control point. if the winner chooses to defend it, you must challenge them to a duel to cap it again. If you win the duel as the defender the contester must leave the control point.
